Over winter break, the Graphic Design Program and the Office of Global Initiatives at CalArts invited 20 students from Hongik University in Seoul, South Korea, to participate in the eighth Winter Institute Motion Graphics intensive.

The three and a half week intensive involved creating title sequences for proposed TV shows.

The accompanying graphics package was created by Alexander Cheng, Xiyu Deng, Sam Jones, and Huicheng Wu. The intensive was taught by Carsten Becker, John Robson, Jaime van Wart, and Michael Worthington.
